How to Fix Unreadable USB Flash Drive 

When you want to move data files from a laptop/PC, you definitely need a flash drive. However, you will find some problems such as permanently deleted files on the flash drive or unreadable flash.

When the flash is not readable, you will definitely think that the flash is damaged, but it is not. Well, we have solution, which is how to fix an unreadable flash drive on a PC.

Flashdisk that is not read by a computer or laptop will usually make us panic. People who save files to the flash usually contain important files . However, not all flash drives are read as usual, but some are not read by computers or laptops.

How to Overcome an Unreadable Usb Flash Drive

• First . Connect the Usb Flash drive with a computer or laptop, if you have connected the flash drive but it doesn't read. Press the Windows key on the keyboard and then type RUN , then press enter , a RUN box will appear as shown below.

• Second . After the RUN box appears , type in the RUN column with the command  "compmgmt.msc". Then click OK

Fill it with the command compmgmt.msc

• Third . After you press OK , a display like this will appear.

Computer Management

• Fourth . After the Computer Management box appears , please select the storage menu and then select Disk Management .

• Fifth . Well in advance, if the flash you error simply can not be read on a computer or laptop. So, in Disk Management it will be seen that you have your flash drive , if otherwise it is not readable, your flash drive is badly damaged. Okay, let's continue, if detected, please right click and select the format menu on your flash .

After formatting , please remove the flash drive and then plug it back into your computer or laptop.
